Very good locations and hospitality 👍

  The place is very comfortable and charming - it has no flaws, but you have to be ready to have no drinking water. The outdoor pool and garden are perfect for relaxing with friends, we were also able to have fun barbecuing. The host is really nice and always available to help you with any issue, also the neighbour is a lovely grandmother who sometimes came over and gave us typical homemade greek food for our meals.
Overall 100% recommended!

Marisia went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She accommodate our check in request, helped us get taxi when needed and booked us 2 amazing boat trips. Nevertheless her recommendations for places and restaurants was spot on. Go to Spartakos for shrimps saganaki and you will not regret.
Things worth mentioning that might put other people off if they don't know about it prior their arrival:
-the water was salty in the house: as they are buying water for households, this water is a bit salty(generically across other accommodations on the island)
-the house is located near a high voltage tower

  Marissia and her mother were extremely warm and welcoming. They responded immediately to every request or question we had; made fantastic recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to eat at; and booked excursions for us which were fantastic in every way. Marissa's mum bought us local drinks and food she'd made and even invited us for a sumptuous family meal at the end of our first week there. Not only that, but they gave us gifts when we left!

The location is good in terms of proximity to the airport, Zakynthos town, shops and minutes away from all main roads to get to other parts of the island.

Villa is large and exactly as the photos, but perhaps the best area is the outdoor barbecue/kitchen space and seating.

Highly recommend for families - we were 8 in total and there was plenty of room.

  We LOVED our stay at Marisia's place! The accomodation is close to the airport and a short drive from the main town. The property is beautiful and has every amenity you could need. Marisia was a great host helping us organise boat tours and car hires, as well as her mum dropping off food every day as a treat! Really couldn't recommend this property higher!
